Overview Tideco Labs ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. The FrameWhisper browser extension is designed to be a local-first utility tool.

Data Collection and Usage

1. No Data Collection: FrameWhisper does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data, browsing history, or captured images to external servers.
2. Local Processing: All video capturing and image stitching processes are performed locally on your device within your browser's execution environment.
3. Local Storage: We use the browser's IndexedDB and LocalStorage to temporarily store captured frames for stitching purposes. This data never leaves your computer and is cleared upon your request or when the session ends.

Permissions Disclosure

1. activeTab & <all_urls>: Required to detect video elements on various video hosting sites and capture screenshots of the visible tab.
2. storage: Used only to save your local configuration and stitching preferences.
3. scripting: Necessary to inject the frame capture and UI panel into the video pages you choose to work with.

Third-Party Access We do not share any data with third parties, as we do not have access to your data in the first place.
